This course presents fundamentals in LAN (Local Area Network) design, configuration
and internetworking structure and theory, a review of OSI model layers and functions,
LAN switching, VLANS (Virtual LANs), routing protocols, routing configuration, monitoring
and troubleshooting. Students will learn through theory and hands on application to
design, configure, install and implement a LAN. (FT)
