This course provides basic English language skills development including development
of basic sentence patterns and vocabulary expansion for hearing Impaired students.
A highly structured and individualized approach is used to develop competency in a
basic set of sentence types and vocabulary. Competency in reading basic English text
up to the ninth grade is also stressed. (FT)
