This course is designed to equip students with patternmaking skills using two-dimensional
(2D) computer-aided drafting (CAD) software. These CAD tools streamline the critical
process of patternmaking in product development. Students learn pattern drafting,
manipulation, and grading within the digital realm. Students create a variety of product
patterns, developing the ability to produce accurate, professional patterns to industry
