The San Diego College of Continuing Education (SDCCE), the tuition-free, noncredit division of the San Diego Community College District, has long been committed to providing adult learners with accessible education, career training, and lifelong learning opportunities. At the heart of Southeast San Diego, the Educational Cultural Complex (ECC) stands as one of SDCCE’s most historic and vibrant campuses. Since its founding, ECC has been a key center for community education, cultural expression, and activism, hosting events and programs that reflect the voices and leadership of the neighborhood. Parking
Student parking permits are required to park at all SDCCE campuses. Students may purchase permits for $40 per semester. Please visit the Student Services office at your campus to purchase a parking permit.
